All the parents shall become an ordinary member of the association by paying an annual subscription of Rs. 5/-.

The annual subscription shall be paid in the academic year with the school fees in the month of June.

The Association shall be purely education non commercial and non political.

The Association shall be purely advisory assisting the school authority in achieving the following objectives:

To promote the welfare of the student at home and at school.

To co-operate with the school authorities in the social, recreational and educational activities of the school.

To create better understanding and co-operation between teachers and parents with the view to ensure a harmonious relationship between the school and the community at large.

The Head Teacher of the school shall be the chairman.

One parent from each division shall be elected to the managing committee and the class teacher from each Std. would be nominated to the managing committee.
